Melanie Armstrong is a freelance artist / Illustrator living and working in Nottingham, England. Also a graduate of Nottingham Trent University, with a BA in Graphic Design.
I always start any project with a fine-liner, sketchbook and tea. I like to add bursts of colour, to my detailed line work; by combining traditional and digital elements. Inspiration for my artwork can come from everywhere, architecture, friends, music. Generally, it’s the combination of life, and my imagination.
